1 The service

Yüksek Portföy (the "service") is a portfolio tracking and market data viewing tool provided by Doğukan Barış Yüksek. The service calculates your portfolio value and return from the transactions you enter, and shows stock, currency and commodity data, stock scores, technical indicators and AI-assisted commentary.

The service does not transmit buy or sell orders, does not act as a broker and does not hold your assets.

3 Accuracy of data

• Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed.
• Prices, financial statements, calculated indicators and commentary are not guaranteed to be complete, current or error-free.
• Portfolio calculations are based on the transactions you enter; the accuracy of those entries is your responsibility.
• Before important decisions, confirm the data with official sources (the exchange, KAP, your broker).

4 Your account

• You must provide accurate information that belongs to you when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. If you notice unauthorised use, tell us immediately at [email protected].
• An account belongs to one person; it cannot be shared with or transferred to others.
• You can close your account at any time from Settings in the app.

5 Prohibited use

When using the service you may not:

• Collect data with automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts), or copy, republish or sell the service's data in bulk.
• Try to bypass the service's security measures, access someone else's account, or use the service in a way that overloads the system.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Your account may be suspended or closed if you break these rules.

6 Subscription and fees

The service may be offered in different plans; the features and usage quotas of each plan may differ. No paid plans are currently on sale.

When paid plans go on sale, prices and the payment, cancellation and refund terms will be added to this page and shown clearly before purchase.

7 Changes to and termination of the service

The service is under development. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or technical reasons. If we decide to end the service entirely, we will announce it a reasonable time in advance.

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page; we announce significant changes separately. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8 Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for:

• losses arising from investment decisions you make based on the data, scores, indicators or commentary in the service,
• errors, delays or outages caused by third-party data providers,
• interruptions to the service or its temporary unavailability.

Your rights under consumer law that cannot be limited by contract are reserved.

9 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers' right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their own place of residence is reserved.
